I saw the first flock of cranes on their northbound flight this morning - a sure sign that spring is coming. And, I can honestly say that I am ready for it! My palette has already morphed into colors of April and I have been studying various garden blogs for tips and tricks. I can hardly wait to see the first bits of green - the snowdrops and forsythia buds.
The first exhibits of the year are also coming up. I will be showing three pieces in a group exhibit at the Lite-Haus Galerie in Berlin.Neukölln this coming weekend (28 Feb). And a week later I will be spending the day with a group of artists in a local shopping center - with easels full of artworks, of course! This should be a fun day, showing my art in a very different sort of setting. I am looking forward to some interesting conversations there. (LIO - the shopping center in Lichterfelde Ost).
